Throttle Valves

Throttle valves regulate the mature of air and fuel. The volume of incoming air is either increased or decreased by using a butterfly valve in the throttle body.

Digital Linear actuators

Digital Linear actuators provide incremental adjustment of airflow in the throttle by pass valve, ensuring optimal idling at all times. These Devices provide a quick response to any variation inside speed. Working in conjunction with the corresponding sensors.

Idle-Speed Controllers

Idle-speed controllers provide dynamic adjustment of airflow in the throttle by pass valve, ensuring optimal idling at all times. Working in conjuction with the corresponding sensors and an electronic control unit. These devices provide a rapid response to any variation in idle speed.

Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valves

An Exhaust Gas Recirculation valves’ purpose is to help lower exhaust emissions and to increase fuel economy.  This is done by allowing a specific amount of spent (inert) exhaust gas back into the intake manifold.

The air flow is controlled by the engines ECU by opening and closing the valve as and when it is needed.
